Oh Happy Day

My Happy Song


Let me make it clear that I do not get down with religious songs. I even hate christmas music. I really hate it. I'm not kidding. You know who loves it? My hubby does. Nerd.

However, I can make an exception. This is stuck in my head and it also cheers me up.
I also have changed the words in my head so that it goes. "Oh Happy Day, when horses walk!" I know... that is really a bad thing to do... but I believe... in ..... them.  Horses.

Jesus is fine too... I just don't get down talking about him or singing about it or him or whatever.

Even though sometimes I will be looking for a good song on the radio... and I'm not one to listen to words... but then I will be jamming, and "Jesus" comes popping out, or something about "the Lord" and then I feel really dumb... cause I was jamming to religious music.

Those christians know how to jam. Just saying. I won't disclose my beliefs on here.... I really dislike that. So, if I were ever to audition to American Idol... I would sing this song... cause it's easy to remember, its catchy, AND its awesome.
