I don't mean to brag but I can make a killer breakfast. If it's your favorite, you should learn to make it. My affair with pancakes started with Noonmark Diner in Keene Valley, New York. http://www.noonmarkdiner.com/
I spent many of my childhood summers there. Just thinking about it right now gives me goosebumps... that's how much I love the Adirondack Mountains. Anyway, Noonmark does homemade bread, strawberry jam and pancakes. It has taken me about three years to figure out how to make my pancakes taste like what they make. I think they use buttermilk in theirs. I take the lazy route and just get buttermilk pancake mix. Anyway, this is what I eat on Sunday.

First things first... put your hair up in an organic hair net. |
Jbone... you look great. |

Ok now its time for pancake making. You will need pancake mix, cinnamon, one banana, and some nuts. Put the pan on the oven and set it to medium and spray it with a tiny bit of olive oil. |
Mash the banana till it liquifies. And then sprinkle the top with cinnamon. |
add a cup of pancake mix and then enough water to be the consistency of Elmers Glue. |
I like to make my pancakes in a pour measuring cup so that it pours right onto the pan. I also like to make them the size of my largest spatula for easy flipping.
I put the heat to medium and wait for the bubbles to form. Once the outside bubbles set, I flip it. |
perfect! |
I like to cut up some fruit and add it to the top; instead of butter, maybe sprinkle a few nuts... |
you could even drizzle a teaspoon of honey. |
This tasted amazing.
The hubby is currently flying his helicopter very close to my face... so it is time to end this . |
