| Google "Chicken Clothes", and this is what you get. I had the idea before I saw this and was really disappointed with how ugly these looked. |

It was a nice day so I went outside to sketch for a few minutes. Everywhere I walk my chickens follow... I found some ground and hunkered down with my book. My girls stay close-by knowing that they are safe from the hawks for a second. I am their mother goose after all. I thought about the sound of music... how Julie Andrews made clothes for the kids from old curtains... and then I thought, what if I made clothes for my girls. I think I got a little carried away.
Anyway this is what I came up with.

| "The hills are alive.... with the sounds of my chickens....." la la la la. The bottom sketch is a 5 minute sketch. The top sketch is my whimsical world. Me as a lady with my lady friends. |
